Mafia #20 - Pirates of the Carribean the Play

Well, I'm gonna do a half asleep post due to insomnia keeping me up and hope I keep all my names straight.

Currently I have the following people in my "strongly innocent" category:
Ice
Mee-Mee
HN
Grins
Lady G

And I have these people in my "Strongly Pirate" category, some because of reasons posted by everyone else, and some because they're only attacking the some of the people above, and some because of the "distancing" moves I see being done:
RB
JM
Blue
DD

And the two people I strongly question, due to the little they've shared, and/or their voting records:
JL
JP

Now I may change this list around after the vote and results tonight, but that's where my mind sits right now. Looks like RB is getting the plank tonight, and neither changing my vote to him or leaving it on JM will do much of a difference, and they're both pirates in my eyes, so I'll keep my vote where it is.

Still waiting for a vote from Mee-mee and JP.

And if you find me dead one morning, you'll know I stand for the town, and while I think my death will help the town, I think I can be of more help alive. The guard can do a hit on me, the pirates can do a hit...or you can plank me tomorrow...but in death or in life, I've done my best to ensure the town wins.

LOL its not insomnia its mafiania. Once you start playing all the possible scenarios running through your head keep you awake until the game ends. Then hopefully you get a couple of good nights of sleep before the next game starts.

Just wait till you go on a mission and scream pirates/mafia at 9 oclock.

You did in fact say we weren't being aggressive. I didn't realize aggressiveness was measured in post numbers. I thought it was more about how hard you went after players. Isn't aggressiveness in quality and not quantity? I could have a million posts and never say a word to help.

You also try to link one of us to LC who you've been after non stop. I didin't see you mention Rb as a coach but your vote went there. Also say JM or Grins or LC would work for you. What happened to going after his coach?

I almost feel bad for Rb and JM, their team mates are throwing them to the sharks.

I hope you guys( DD Blue ) don't think just because you're willing to lynch these 2 that you automatically become leaning innocent. I think you guys messed up early this game and its going to bite you in the booty.

I said I did not see the aggressiveness this round really. By saying this round it means its not how you usually are. That doesnt mean that you arent making aggressive posts, youre just not making them how you usually do. And I explained why I said that in my later post.

As I have said several times I post my thoughts in the game. If you consider that trying to link you, maybe youre feeling a bit guilty.

I have repeatedly explained my post style, its about the same every game. What I see here is a few ppls thoughts and ideas being discounted as not helping the town, and a few ppl thoughts and ideas viewed as "unquestionable" no matter what is the thoughts are. Do you really think that this is helping the town at all?

I do get the feeling you are defending Grins, or trying to take the spotlight off her in a round about way. And no, that is not trying to link you, it is a feeling that I have.

If DD is innocent, that is the only link she has to me.

Quick question about this, Clown...Does this mean we have to LYNCH (Plank) half the population, or merely find a way to eliminate half of them. Basically, what I'm asking, is does the Guard's hit count toward this objective?

How is that not trying to link us to LC.

Fortunately I still think LC is innocent so its not a bad thing. But you think him pirate and by saying that you are trying to link HN or I to him thus saying we're pirates.


As for being aggressive I think I've built cases on Rb JM DD and you pretty well. Since you are my top 4 as it stands then I think I've done all I can until you guys post more.

Mad has since dropped down off my top suspects as I feel as though I agree with most of his posts but of course with him you always need to keep an eye out.

I've never questioned your posting style. We've been team mates enough times that I know how you play. Another reason why I think you pirate.

I'd say he meant if we get rid of half the pirates in any way possible.
 
Forgot to answer the Grins claim, thats what I get for not quoting.

I don't know what team Grins is on but from her posts I'm not ready to say she knows more about the ocean sailing then she does about saltwater tanks.

I believe this was Clown's intent as well, just asking for a direct answer since the rules said "Lynch"...and we're not even lynching anyone this game. (Talk about the rules favoring the pirates :eek3: :lol:)

Anyways, There's either 5, 6, or 7 pirates out there...I made my case as to why I don't think there are 7...that means we need to kill at least 3 pirates, preferably Blackbeard, in the next few nights...it's going to be near impossible if the Guard's hit doesn't count, and **** impossible if the Cooke's Protection trumps the Magistrate's jail-and-kill (if that actually counts as a lynch afterall).

Either way, we're going to be struggling to keep up with the pirate hits in the coming nights.
