I think this is in response to Mal saying "This is what happens when people complain I don't post enough." Not very helpful imo.

KOTD quoted her last post and bolded the all-caps, and said it was a fun one too. Just some agreement between the two.

Can't tell if she was refering to something specific, or the game in general.

Official vote tally. Also to note: Mal and KOTD voted for ILB, then switched their votes.

So, the players she didn't go after at all: LG, Blue, DD, Emo, Bkw, Joan, Cool(wtf is this, it's on her list), Mad, KOTD. Joan is gone due to a UD. These are going to be my initial suspects. I'm going to add JM in there just cause she may have had ILB hit just so she could claim she'd never do something so stupid, ILB was obviously after JM the whole time, while looking at other people.

I think we can remove Bkw and KOTD off that list, at least for the Mafia team that hit ILB...though KOTD might have done it...obviously some none-gameplay related "connecting" going on with little comments to many of ILB's posts.

Origionally I was gonna make this the longest Mafia post ever, quoting almost everything from my suspects and analizing it...but I started this cause I couldn't sleep and I'm going to try again. Once again, my suspects to watch are: LG, Blue, DD, Emo, Bkw, Mad, KOTD, Cool (whoever this is) and JM.

My initial thoughts without going back:
Blue and Emo I haven't seen nearly as much of as I'd expect.
Bkw is quiet as usual.
Don't remember anything from Mad's posts. LG and DD pretty much the same.
KOTD seemed to attach himself to ILB a lot after he retracted his vote. Only reason he's still on my list, as he seems pretty helpful.
JM's seemed rather defensive most her posts, especially the ones targeted at her.

LChap, what exactly is the reason why we can remove BKW off of the list vs KOTD? I don't think I'm following your logic? While I don't disagree with all of post I do have that initial question.

Then I would like to add why have you passed up on my questioning post? You've had ample time to answer...

HN I would also like to see some analysis from you if you get the time please. I know you are having some RL (and again you have my empathy) issues but if you can wrangle time away from that I could use your help here...

Blue - while I know your not an avid poster I would also like to see more analysis from you.. Right now the only player with less posts than you is EMO I do believe and the last time you posted this little you were on the mafia team were you not? Also I would like to see who else you suspect. Listing your ideas is important to all of us as an individual we might miss something as a group we are bound to catch more inconsistencies.

Here are some updated notes on all players.

Beth - Seems to be wanting to help the town but I am not sure if she still hasn't quite figured out to play as of yet or what. I am attempting to give her the benefit of the doubt as of this point simply due to games past where she made a lot of newbie mistakes and was raked over the coals. Her game play seems to be improving somewhat but would honestly like to see more bush kicking. Also she has seemed quieter the last couple of days and not so sure why.

BKW -While I know he is not a large quantity poster I get more concerned every day where I don't see a little bush kicking out of a player. I see him following other players trains of thought but not a lot of analysis out of him.. A little last night about RB's comments but nothing player wise. Also think he would make a great conversion because of his seeming to be able to fly under radar.

BlueIz - Not sure.. Seems overly concentrated on one post edit by Grins. I am not doubting that it happened or that she saw it. She does have a tendancy to be a quieter player than most and has always been a hard read for me. More concerned about her as of this point as her only in quite a while as her new day vote. As stated I would like to see more from her. Other than her original post about the edited message I haven't seen a lot of townie engaged help here.

Cool - Nothing as of yet, but would like to see more thoughts from him as he is a previous player from my understanding which means he knows how to play. Other insights are always welcome. Ok so he voted for me and never did change that vote from post #114.. And it was because of my avatar that ment something in another game. Haven't seen a lot out of him and am getting more concerned realistically.

Cory - has posted his own thoughts on people (while some of it really was regurgitated from other players) still unsure about this player but I haven't seen really enough to go one way or another.

DD - back to unsure.. She has posts that seem to be helping the town, has also used the RL issues card which I'm not denying it happened but I have seen her post from home in the game more frequently.. She has brought up some good points however. undecided.

Emo - am wondering where this player is as well.. Last game was posting and now you can't even get him to post in fun. Is he even playing this game? Has a whopping 2 posts in this game and jumps in right before night and places a post. There really isn't anything for me to pick apart in his posting, however behavior from players with this style in the past have pretty much IME been Mafia - leaning stronger mafia simply due to lack of posting

Grins - While others are stating they don't know why she is looking funny I do. She is taking things out of context and when a complete discussion was directed at her she had no input what so ever until the following day. Even though I viewed her online and in the thread late last evening and during the discussion. While she has had posts that make it seem as if she is a concerned townie I really haven't seen her kicking any bushes either. I've seen her get involved with some discussions or put in a quip here or there but no real bush kicking. Almost as if wanting to present an illusion that she is innocent. Honestly Grins after that message I doubted if you were mafia, and if you aren't I realistically want to see you act more like you did in the Pirates game kicking bushes. If that doesn't change today I'll have to comit back to that you are mafia.

Hooked - I have posted above in a different message thoughts on HN but while he does have RL issues and I do empathize with that is happening at this juncture of his life, I am missing his analsysis. And fair is fair he did kick my bush asking me questions yesterday but in all honesty it is not normal HN play.- questioning and undecided

ICE - I am going back and forth on ICE. There were some questionable interactions and protections going on but at one moment I'm thinking he's helpful and the next I question. I do believe that he thought he had a mafia last night as Mal looked mafia to me as well. But again he is one to watch.. Leaning Mafia.

Judge - ok so she has been promoted to melodrama queen. with the banter yesterday and all of the posting going on I'm really believing that there was a conversation in her chat room that stated, you be quiet I'll get them to vote me. I can do it. Again really questioning her commitment to this game. In one post she is stating that she achieved her goal in reference to not being selected by the mafia.. How do we know that you weren't the original mafia. - leaning stronger mafia.

KOTD - Up until yesterday I had to leave him as an innocent, but today that has to change as he could have been selected as a new team mate and I think he would have been a good selection as a team mate. I don't have a feeling one way or another as I'm going to have to see how his posting continues to decide.

LadyG - Is normally a higher poster. While there has been some posting today am putting her on a to watch status. Still haven't seen a normal posting amount from LadyG is she trying to fly under radar? What posts I have seen she seems to be trying to be helpful. Again I would think to have seen more posting out of LadyG and much like in another game she is acting very assured in this game compared to what is deemed as Normal Lady G. She has made posts that seem helpful but after last night I'm just not so sure that this couldn't be a cover up.. She is one worth investigating a little more. Not sure where to place her, can't say leaning innocent because I'm not sure but really can't say mafia either..

LesbianChap - completely odd ball and honestly his strong play style agruement doesn't hold water. There are tons of strong play style people and while he might not understand why he looked mafia last game it was evident to those of us who have played for a while. As I stated with his first post voting for himself, let the melodrama being and it has. First we see martyr posts and then we almost see posts of I'm taking my marbles elsewhere to play. I agree with other posts that if he chooses to continue with this style of play he is going to look more guilty in my eyes. Haven't seen a lot more play out of him in the past day and am wondering if he is trying to slip under the radar. Am also wondering if he is the director of the deflection moves of yesterday.

Mad - Again hard.. hard to read. Not a lot of posting.. would like to see more as he is a vet player and value those types of insights. slightly leaning mafia

Malbri - Innocent

Ogre - while others picked apart that post I simply have him as one to watch as I have a hard time reading him. While I did see what others were saying I'm thinking that there was a whole lot made about nothing and have him leaning more toward innocent as of this point. Again I'm not sure what to do here.. Vet player, not a ton of posting but that seems normal as of late. Want to blame him for bringing this darn game here but other than that not a lot of anything. Placed his vote early on Grins and I don't have a problem that it stayed but would like to see more from him honestly.

Zman - Having to put him the same as KOTD.. Was very helpful yesterday but today is a new day and could have been selected. With him being gone from the games so much I think he would be a first choice for selection because I have forgotten a lot of his play style. This would be an easy way for him to switch it completely. - undecided.

The reason I say we can remove Bkw from the team that went and hit ILB is because he voted for ILB...I doubt anyone on that Mafia team would have voted for who they were going to hit. But there are two Mafia teams, and he still may be on the team that DIDN'T hit ILB. KOTD for the same reason...the only reason I think to add him again is that he may have made the vote PRIOR to his team deciding to hit ILB, and when they did retracted and made friendly with ILB.

Ah, found it...here I was thinking it was a page or two back...

I can respect that.. Last night was a double edge sword. We lost two more players to the mafia, but with that being said our odds of hitting a mafia have gone up. Before last night we were at a 20% chance and are now at a 35.29% chance.

I want to hear more from LesbianChap.. You need to answer why you decided to change your play from a strong player to what I believe is a mafia hiding in the wings.. What and heck was up with that.. Then right before night you just conveniently pop in and change your vote from yourself.. But still in a joking manner. You cast a fake vote on Zman who at the time was one of two innocents in the town that actually could be trusted and caused some semi-confusion in the game. All of this is mafia tactics. So why? Are you still set on "changing your game play" for future games? If so then that means you don't have our interests at heart and are just playing for yourself and not the town.
Why was I hiding? I actually posted more then I intended to pre-game. Origionally I intended to just do votes...Kinda a 180 from my previous games to prove there's no way to see who I am in any given game...I've come off as Mafia the last 3 games, 2 of which I've been innocent. I casted the vote on Zman as a joke...I knew it wouldn't even remotely count, and it got quite the uproar...rather entertaining.

I change my gameplay so I reduce my tells, whether as a regular innocent, an innocent PR, or as a Mafia. It's all about making the game harder and more entertaining. Am I trying my hardest every game to be a good little innocent townie to win this round: No, I'm not. I am trying my hardest to make Mafia as a whole as entertaining as possible.

When I was in the military it taught me that the sum of the parts was more important than the individual needs. I'm assuming that training hasn't changed so why the diff in your play here? Didn't you learn that lesson in basic? If you did why aren't you applying that thought process here?
The military may teach teamwork, but it also teaches you that you're gonna get screwed every time you turn your back...I'm not applying the thoughts here because it's a game, and one in which I don't trust any of you...nor will I till you're lynched/hit and it's too late to. Why too suspicious and paranoid when I don't know who's who.

To all you young mafia players out there, here's a good example of how to play the game.... Post once a day in order to make sure that you don't UD and give very little input. Nice work, emo.

I think that we need to start putting some of the non-producer's feet to the fire. People doing this sort of thing will sink the town. They're giving absolutely no information either way.

I think that an experienced mafia player would love to have some of these extreme lurkers on their team. Seeing that most newbies have historically been non-producers, they know that people don't expect much from them, and the risk associated with lynching non-producing newbies can be pretty high.

IMO ILB wasn't particularly helpful (but we know her status now), CoolDude hasn't really been pitching in, and emo has been useless. Time to start spanking some newbs. By this, I mean push them harder for input, not necessarily go lynch-crazy on the newbies.

Also, Blue, you mentioned that you were happy to be playing again. Good to have you back. We all know that Grins & yourself are having a disagreement regarding an edited post...let's concentrate on something new now, and share it with the other folks.

Finally, it's time to stop with the nuttiness. If you're a townie, think about what you're saying and doing. Stop adding fuel to your own funeral pyre.

When Malbri shot off a couple of hundred posts regarding rb UDing Judge for something in a past game I was willing to overlook it as a little goofiness on her part. When she continued to fixate on it the next day, I didn't vote for her (I really think that Grins got away), but even I was wondering what the heck was up. Make the scum work to hang you (that's how they get caught), don't do it for them.

LChap, thanks for finally contributing to the game. However, I don't see much of any help coming from ILBs posts. They were much like you on day 1, posting but saying nothing. Granted they said a lot more to say nothing, but in effect they could have posted twice and said everything they said so I'm not going to hold much weight to their "list".

I haven't had the pleasure of playing in a game with you yet, so I'll be looking for your continued contributions. In the immortal words of Johnny 5, "Need Input!"

The problem here is that in the pirate game no one had anything to base your play off of and honestly you were being picked on as the new player.. Last game you were mafia and looked mafia. Again I'm not going to tell you why those are my secrets to keep. But if you are for the town, and while this is just a game I can't imagine just voting being 1) very fun 2) its not productive for the town.

Not by your team mates they don't.. They may teach you that the government itself will screw you but not your buddies. If anything they teach you that your buddy(s) are the one group of people you can rely on and that does hold true to this game to a certain extent as well.. Or it does in my book.

If you are a townie and innocent honestly I would appreciate it if you went back to your pirate game play style. If you don't I'm sorry but I'm going to vote you out just simply because you could be mafia and I have nothing else to prove me wrong.
