they have very poor communication. i was told on the day my fish were supposed to be shipped [i called them] that the fish weren't in stock. no email or phone call on their part to alert me to this. next week... no fish. the following week, i called and they said they would ship them out because the fish were in stock.
if they actually cared about their customers, they would at least shoot a quick email or phone call letting them know that the order is not ready.
