they have very poor communication. i was told on the day my fish were supposed to be shipped [i called them] that the fish weren't in stock. no email or phone call on their part to alert me to this. next week... no fish. the following week, i called and they said they would ship them out because the fish were in stock.

if they actually cared about their customers, they would at least shoot a quick email or phone call letting them know that the order is not ready.

8 Purple Passion Danio (7 DOA)
6 Rainbow Featherfin (4 DOA)
Zero Bosemanii
4 Rainbow Furcata (4 DOA)

I wanted my bolivian rams so I'm happy they came through. They're breathing at the moment. Everything else was extremely tiny and disappointing. The purple passion danios looked no different than traditional zebra danios. The Featherfins and Furcatas are either extremely slow growers or hatched within the last few weeks, they shipped at barely an inch long. I had hoped with four bolivian rams, I'd get a male but apparently they're either all female or AZ Gardens has tweaked their Bolivan Ram photograph. Because they're extremely bland with no color variations along the tail or fins.

All in all, I have bolivian rams. I'm hoping they're juvenile and the color will perk up later. If not, I'll keep searching. The sad thing is that my local Wal-Mart has several danio tanks and they look a heck of alot better than AAG Nurseries.
 
There are some very good sellers on Aquabid. I have ordered from a number of different sellers and never yet to have a bad experience.
 
I just put in an order at live aquaria for a couple clown loaches. My plants have given me a minor snail problem. I have loved their service so far, I hope the live animal service is equal.

I considered ordering from them, and then began to read all of the little comments they post about only answering the phone during certain hours, requesting that people not yell at them when there is a mistake, that they will handle it professionally. All of these things made me think, that they must have a lot of issues if they felt the need to post this on their page.

You're right. Most of their website its a little on the harsh side, and clicking on the order info tab was quite humorous. I guess its a lesson well learned. Thanks for giving us a heads up on the company.
