i had a horrible experience.

6 SAEs juvenile

delivered [2 weeks late]

6 tiny clown loaches [under 1"]
5 SAEs juvenile [1 dead + 1 missing]

within 2 days

6 dead clown loaches
2 dead SAEs


i will never order from them again.
 
I feel kinda bad for their customers, since they're probably new to fishkeeping. I think anyone who's been around awhile would've already heard of their horrible, notorious reputation.
 
Well... I wish I had found this thread yesterday. I ordered... and thankfully did not stock my heavily planted 150 from their website.

4 Bolivian Rams
8 Purple Passion Danios
6 Featherfin Rainbows
6 Boesemi Rainbows

Has anyone had any good from them?
 
Just to add to the mix. I ordered some shrimp and plant fertilizer from them BEFORE I saw this thread. The fertilizer and the shrimp arrived yesterday. They were packed pretty good, no DOAs, but I only received 2 out of the 4 types of shrimp that I had ordered. No note, no explanation, just no shrimp. I fired off an e-mail to them but have not heard a word. It HAS been less than 24 hours, and no, I was not charged for the shrimp I did not receive. I just think a little communication would be nice. So I don't think I 'll be ordering from them again unless I get some kind of response. I'll keep you informed.
 
there communication on stuff not in stock, shipping small fish, not filling entire order, make me not want to order from them anymore, i will say i got of the rams and they do look great, none of my fish died during acclamization, good luck to all, peace
 
I ordered some bulb plants from them a while back. Out of 18 plants ordered, 3 were eventualy DOA (never sprouted) and 2 that were supposed to be a type of apon were actually dwarf lillies. One that was supposed to be a aponogeton bovinanus turned out to be a madagascar lace plant.
 
I just received an e-mail from them, answering my e-mail concerning items not being shipped. The e-mail said that if I had read the invoice (I thought I did ?) I would have noticed in the bottom left hand corner it stated that those items were not in stock and would be shipped next week ! Unfortunately I don't have the invoice. Wish I'd seen that before I went out and ordered more elsewhere ! Oh well, the more the merrier ! At least I got an answer to my e-mail !
 
ugh, i hope you don't get charged TWICE for shipping. you might want to ask about that. . . .
