Stress coat-- to remove chlorine use 5mls per 10g
Prime-- to remove chlorine use 1ml per 10g

in the end you use less, lasts longer and you save big time

Did use Stresscoat till I heard of Prime. Prime is superb stuff.

I used Stresscoat until I found out about Prime as well. Prime is excellent, just due to the fact that you have to use less to achieve the same results. I believe it is more effective biologically as well. Petsolutions.com has a pretty good deal on a 2 liter of it right now. Mine arrives today.

Do you get a lot of pickle brine in your tank water?

Only when your friend gives you a 5 gallon pickle bucket and says that he ran it throught the dishwasher when he really just rinsed it out with water. I filled my 55 gallon using the bucket and ended up killing my 14 inch Koi. :mad2: I added aquasafe to the tank and saved my 15" pleco, 10" pleco 8" and 5" goldfish. I was So peeved!!
