i met up and caught up with with an old best friend tonight. shes going to be moving out in august and already has a car. i cant wait to be able to do the things i want to do.. start school, get a good job, a car, etc. i just have to find a way to make it happen. things around here arent easy right now and theres not enough money or time in the day to help the family and myself at the same time.

yea its my stuff but i have to shut off the poser to the place at the end of the month. there in lays my delema. No power no pumps no fish.:wall:
 
Ahh, I see...well crap! Guess the garage is looking to be your only option. That really stinks, if you are buying the house and the guy selling doesn't care...well then it shouldn't matter to anyone else either, laws stink sometimes thats for sure!

easy dont get discouraged i ran into the same problems. parents made too much money.... but they never had enough to pay the bills... so no money for me and school. I had to work my way through school and i paid for it out of pocket just about the whole way. only have about 8 grand in student loans. Heck i still aint finished but atleast im now in my career field and making ok money doing it. And to top it off im a manager of an entire plant. Trust me 2 years ago i was slinging lumber into someone new truck to take home and build a deck for themselves. Now im closing on my first house im engaged i have a good job. It will turn around in no time trust me because it is happening to me right now. Just keep pushing and the better days are around every bend...
