I think it's fine to talk about thoughts. I was just cautioning about laying out any specific plans. It's fine to say JM might be evil, it's another thing entirely for us to agree to lynch her tomorrow night.

well, if the book holder is evil, and that is a huge if, ..that would have been a smart move to gain another evil....so, again, we are back to wondering who had the book and if they were infact evil.

I don't read that in the same way. I see if the book holder was evil, big if, end of statement.
There's no comment on his being innocent and going against the wishes of the town.
If he was evil he could have went against the wishes of the town, but we don't know that he went against the wishes of the town. The smart play is to assume he did as the town directed. If DD was turned she would of course say she wasn't.
