My First Planted

Your tank is exceptional! I am impressed. It looks like you have been dealing with plants for years.

Thanks everyone :)

I love the Java Moss background BTW. Is it hard to maintain?
I am using Weeping moss, do not introduce Java moss to any tank with temps higher than 24ºC it will just look awfull and most likely die.
I setup up a moss wall in my shrimp tank back in June and haven't touched it yet once, so very low maintnance.

Quick update with some photos :)

Due to problem with my luminaire, one of the ballasts went about 3 weeks ago, so things in the tank have been suffering.
I have lost almost all my Blyxa, my Donoi is almost all gone too, and the glosso started suffering too, the right hand side is a little bare and the rest of the glosso started growing upwards rather than as a carpet, plenty of trimming to try and keep it low.

I managed to purchase a replacement ballast online (EJQ ignored all my emails regarding the ballast, luminaire was still under warranty) and yesterday attempted a DIY install with success :) I have now a fully working luminaira again.

Thanks for looking, comments and critics always welcomed by everyone :)

Beautiful tank as always! I love the pile of anubias on the left side of the tank.
Many thanks :) the anubias always been there, most of the time they were hidden by other plants, decided to bring them upfront as feature more in the scape. I am thinking of going lowtech in this tank, all low demanding plants, just have to wait and see if the glosso can recover.

hey just wanted to say great tank! looks awesome, moss wall is my favourite! also do you have any problems with the betta's fins being nipped by any of the other fish?
