Math is my weakest subject too. With each section, though, if you're worried about not having enough time to complete the test, then start by answering the questions that you know. When you're done with that, go back and work on any questions you skipped. If you run out of time there, then just start marking answers. Like Damodred said, you aren't penalized any more for wrong answers than for blanks, so you may as well mark an answer and at least have a small chance of being correct.
Taking the ACT at least twice is a good idea as well. The second time I took it, I raised my composite score another 2 points. Even if you're satisfied with your score the first time, go ahead and take it again- it may end up being a significant benefit The 2 point increase on my composite score the second time was likely a big deciding factor in the academic scholarship that I received from Indiana.
There's not much you can do to prepare for it at this point.
If it doesn't go as well as you want this time, you can always take an ACT prep class or something. Best of luck!!!
