Hello everyone!
I have been thinking about getting a cheap 10 gallon set up to house some crabs in. I've been thinking red clawed crabs or fiddler crabs. From what I have been fiddler crabs will need a way to get out of the water, which can be done easily. I also understand they need brackish water correct?
Now red clawed crabs I have been getting mixed answers. I've come to the conclusion that they need brackish water. But I know there was a thread somewhere on here where a person said that they have kept a red clawed crab in a fresh water set up without any problems. I just wanted to know what have people here had good luck with when it comes to keeping these crabs. Again I have been getting mixed answers when it comes to if they need access to dry land.
Thanks!
