i wonder if you could put actual fossils in the tank. that would look cool.

how did you hear that were you listening in on the meeting :silly::lol:

actually we are looking at a few avenues it will look so killer when we get it done

I should have an update on this later on today

I just wanted to compliment you on your hard work. Well done!

Nice job Chef !!!!!!!!!

Compliments to you sir again for a job well done.

well my last visit to the museum shows the fishroom tanks ready to stock and I like to call this visit a bad day to be a goldfish. I cleared out all the feeder fish I have been keeping in the fishroom tanks and moved them to the main tank, pictures to follow.

I tried a surface moss on the main tank and it did not work it just got all stuck on the rena intake tube, the water lilies did ok though have to see if they grow.

Here is a string of shots from the saturday wc

the mollies to see if they breed enough to be feeders

the vitamin loaded goldies making the trip to the tank

the needlnose was first hit, I am shocked at how wide this dude can open his mouth

IMGP3000.jpg

knife fish eating, they are very hard to get a clean shot of as they hide so much

jennifer usually powers down 2-5

IMGP3012.jpg

not sure but she looks like she has grown 1/2 inch will keep an eye on this

IMGP3016.jpg

what is interesting is that she had a split tail fin and it looks like it has begun to heal though I thought for sure it would stay split as it looked to have scarred over, but if you look you can see white growth

next update will be the feeder tanks in the fish room gonna set them up this week

I am hoping the museum will get the backdrop done and make the fossils available just have to ask them about it again don't want to see to botherish though. On a side note they do have a major project or two they are in the midst of so the tank is not high on the radar.

This week I am also going to try to hunt down plants to afix to the driftwood
