Bala likes suckers...

The sun rises over the Bala and awakens him. He looks around and sees that his home, the town square is still a dumping ground. Around him, empty wine bottles, cigarette butts, and trash. The weeds cover the plaque that sits at the base of this grand statue.

The Bala is angry! Feeling used and betrayed, the people of ACville have returned, but they still leave his home in ruins.

The Bala looks around for a victim. This new day will bring a new death. No one can protect this victim as he summons the Blue Mist.

With less than 12 hours left before nightfall, the Bala is clearly upset. Through the stench of his own surroundings he smells something familiar.

Bala focuses on the scent. It is a scent from the old days, when Bala stood tall and proud. As the Blue Mist rolls in, Bala remembers...

Laying in town square, sleeping off a drunk from the night before, lies a once proud citizen of ACville. As the man comes to he finds himself in the dark even though it is day time, the Blue Mist has returned.

Now a shell of the man he once was, much like the homeless push around a shopping cart, this man has an old vespa with a milk crate on the back bumper with all his posessions. The moped has not ran in years, but the tires still hold air and the owner is quite proud of his "Harley".

The citizen smells the hot breath of the Bala as he takes his own last breath. In the heat of anger, the Bala has eaten a tourmentor from the past.

Justice has been served. The Blue Mist clears.

This is what I was seeing as a possible tiff between RB and Bala. Again, maybe it's just me who's the sucker referred to in the first quote here

It wasn't necessarily a meaningless post.... you said, 'game on'. 'Game on' typically means, 'here and ready to go'. But you weren't ready....according to you, you didn't know your role. Huh? Kind of a strange thing to post then...

Alright..... next time, I'll know that. I wasn't talking "game" jargon when I posted and I was definitely nowhere near "ready to go" at that time. I see now that that's what this means to you guys but for me, that's not what I meant by it.

This is only the second time I'm doing this and I didn't notice all that at the start of the last game. From what I remember then... I got to that thread about 15-20 minutes or so after the 6 pm start time and there were already several messages posted ahead of me.

But now I know. And the next time I play, I won't post anything in that game thread until I make very sure the game is in fact ON and that I really am "ready to go."

One thing I can add is at least now I understand better why everyone else has made such a big deal out of this. If I sounded dismissive at all about these questions, I apologize for that. This is something we learn as we go and I didn't know the protocol behind that. To me, it just made no sense why people were reading so much into a post that I thought was insignificant, other than the fact that it hit the thread too soon and (of course) how stupid that looks.

I am following up on those who voted late on Zigman. What I am saying is although Coler's vote is on Kash at the moment he seemed more willing to vote RB and myself at the start of game day.


Go back and read the nite time events, JP. Coler did retract and vote correctly. It appears JL missed it in his vote count. Even Kashta said it was unintentional, but I can't take her word for it. Her vote was quite a while after Coler's and RB's and two min's b4 nitefall.

I realize that, but clearly since the wording was wrong Kashta didn't have to switch votes at that time because it didn't count. Seems logical to me at least. I don't think the late voting was at all intentional and I am giving her the benefit of the doubt here.

JL said he was a citizen so I am going to believe he was a citizen. Yes, Rb has quit in protest before but there was no crazy blow-up like in the past, I think he was too busy or unwilling to keep up with a game that is actually half-active. When was the last time he played before this one?

It still isnt "concrete evidence".

I switched to TRS cause i believe him to be rebel scum more so then Kash. Kash's case is based on her early posting, and IMO, not being hit night 1. I still believe lynching Kash would giv alot of info, but TRS is a better case for being scum. So i either take a chance at hitting a PR which could be scum or could be mafia, or hitting a possible rebel scum who doesn't look to be at all mafia. It's an obvious choice for me.

Fine. Define "concrete evidence" then...my belief is to vote based on what is written in the thread. TRS said those things and I found it to be scummy. It's concrete.

Your theory on lynching Kashta to reveal "info" about those other people was based on speculation and possibilities. Not concrete.

That's how I viewed it but others might not think the same way. To each there own...

Ooops. Z's post was for me to say I agree that Rb was obviously just a normal citizen and I think it was made clear by his gameplay style this round that he just wasn't into the game and/or didn't have enough time to play.

I think the 'sucker' refers to Z's question regarding favorite candy. My assumption is that Bala is simply angry because the town is now being run by the mafia....just my take.

How was the wording wrong? Here are the posts:

I get the logic for kash...50/50 she is either wiseguy/power role or mucsy but I hate the people voting her lol.

I like action at nightfall too. If there is no movement for rbishop today I won't be leaving my vote on a nobody. I retract my vote to lynch Rbishop and vote to lynch Zigman. I'd be happy to vote bob if anyone wants to join me btw.

And JL counted coler's first vote, post 180 in the final votes. So there were more than 4 min's that u stated in between Kash's vote and the others.
