Finally a reach tool not designed for aquariums (thank goodness) that really works great, engineered for garbing large and small objects like a coin with its nimble silicone finger calipers. Made light and strong of aluminum with full hand trigger pistol grip for maximum grab strength force without stretching, twisting, or braking by using stainless steel cable technology used on race bicycles. Long enough to reach to the bottom of a 31 inch tall tank as shown without getting wet, and the best part is its very affordable about $20 at Lowe's Home Improvement.
What is it? Its called the Grip 'n Grab.
I have been using it now for about 2 weeks wanting to get an assessment before posting. I have tried everything from "aquarium tools" that snap to long hot dog grabbers that hurt your fingers trying to pick up rocks. This thing picks up everything with little effort from an uneaten soft algae wafer to any size stone that will fit in the calipers. It was destined for the elderly to pick up cans off shelves or counter tops from wheel chairs. Its made to work and last even underwater LOL.
