Headache! Help.....

regular plain old aspirin..
sometimes your BP is a bit high and the aspirin brings it down a bit..
then the headache subsides..
Tylenol and ibuprofin do little or nothing for me, ever...

Do you have any other symtoms? Dizzyness, blurred vision?

I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering from migraines; you have my sympathy. I would try darkness. I take Maxalt, too, which works really well, but it gives you an odd "brain freeze" feeling for a little bit (like when you eat ice cream.)
 
Caffeine and midrin work against each other. I've had a bad headache myself for the last couple days. i narrowed it to taking excedrin tension headache and sudafed (not supposed to be taken together, but as I rarely take any medication it wont completely destroy my liver). I don't know if your headaches are vascular, sinus, or nervous (nervous system) and without knowing, any headache remedies we share wont really be the best for you. Sorry you are in pain, but you may try ibuprofen. Before you take any though please call a pharmacist and be sure any meds will not interact with each other. I would hate to see you worse off now because of pain management advice you got from a fish forum... :(
 
Worst headaches I usually get are the type that accompany a hang-over. Not that they are similar in any way, but a 32 oz Gatorade always kills those headaches for me!

Its better than when they ask if you have ever had *insert drug here* and you tell them yes, and they say, hmm you didn't have a prescription for *Insert drug here*..... Busted, :cool: Better Than telling them you got it from the bum at the park......
