Stuck on Schooling Fish

So, in my dreams, I'll probably get a 30G or a 38, depends. Im not adding an angel as to my previos threads. I've been pondering about which schooling fish to pic from.

Im planning on getting
6 Marbled Hatchets,
10-12 [-insert schooling fish here-]
6 Cories.
4 Peacock Gudgeons
2 Apistos/Ram/Killifish

I wanna leave room so that if I ever find fish while I'm at the store, I can get it.

I'm having a brain freeze and can't think of other schooling fish. What's your suggestions on schooling fish?
Im looking for a fish that will school, colorful and will stay in the upper to middle, middle.

What I'd really like is Black Morpho Tetras, but they're hard to find.

Why not ask to special order them?...Most shops will special order fish on request.

That's what I'm thinking, but I wanna see all my options before settling. I always change up. Im gonna ask my LFS if they'd special order them. THanks for the input!

Well, glowlights would be out as they are more likely to stay close to the bottom of the tank.

i have always really liked harlequin rasboras and neon tetras.

cardinals and rummynose tetras are my personal favorites but they allways die within a day whenever i buy them. =(
