Regarding the 125g setup:
-Cyprichromis should really be kept in groups of 10-12 minimum
-Brichardi/pulcher are not great community fish, especially when breeding.
-Three julidochromis tends to become only two. Given the tank size might no be a problem, but a pair is better off.

As for #3 - I've actually made some attempt to address similar issues. Julidochromis species are marked as species that can pair off to breed and requires territories when this happens. If the tank is large enough, more than one pair can be accommodated. If I have 3, I assume the worst - 2 males and 1 female.
