Did you happen to drive to the Delaware area for those tanks? I've been trying to get a fix on the location of some tanks from a recently defunked LFS. That blue paint looks familiar. If so, don't be stingy with the acid. They had a ton of ick in their tanks.

That's 2187 gallons of fish tank! At 25% water change a week (547 gallons/week 28,431 gallons/year) your wetlands are gonna become a swamp!

Sounds awesome, we need pics!

UPDATE 12/28/09

Well, my Christmas company has finally packed up and left. It was very good seeing ALL my kids and grandbaby for the holiday. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I was beset by the flu unfortunately, as were 75% of my houseguests, so Christmas dinner consisted mainly of chicken broth and saltines served buffet style. 10 lbs of crab legs and 5 lbs of shrimp are still sitting in the freezer.

Today, I had time to take some accurate measurement in the basement where I'm planning on building my fishroom. My width was limited to 14'9" by the staircase, but the length was open ended (up to 64'). I ended up with a floorplan that's 14'9" x 28'. It's kind of hard to explain the layout, as I've almost created 2 rooms. The room will have 62 tanks in total holding not quite 2000g of water.

I've designed to use:
(9) 10g
(5) 20g L
(12)20g H
(4) 29g
(11) 40g L
(19) 40g Breeders
(1) 55g
(1) 125g

There is room for a workstation, necessary equipment, electrical panel/sub-panel, floor sump (to pump water outside) small storage (food/meds/etc), a T.V. and a couch or table/chairs. I figured that I'd put in a few man-cave creature comforts while I'm at it. After all, I'm probably going to be spending a LOT of time down there ! Hopefully, later this week, I can begin applying the drylok to the basement walls. I'm still on the lookout for reasonable/quality fishroom equipment/supplies, and have been searching the web every evening in my quest. Thus far, the best 2 I've found are Kensfish & Jehmco. If anyone knows or comparable sites, please PM them to me, or mention them here in this thread. I've also been searching for quality cichlids, and am disappointed that Livefishdirect is having a nice sale on breeder size Africans, and I've got no tanks set up to put them in. I've thought about temporary set-ups, but that will take away time/energy/dollars that I should be using to get the fishroom started/built.

Hopefully, the next update will show significant progress.

My thanks to everyone for their interest and support.

Thanks, Jim
