Nice pick up. I wish I could have 60+ tanks in my house. Definetly will be watching for the progression on this one.

No real crazy filter system planned....I don't like central filter systems. Each tank will have one or more sponge filters AND a water drip / continuous water change set-up. My water source is a well, therefore no worries about chlorine/chloramine. I'll still have to vacuum, (as I plan on using sand for substrate) but that should only take 5-6 hours !!!!!! I figure I'll add water at a rate equal to about 1/2 the total tank volume per week.... even with dilution, that should approximate about a 25% water change weekly. Wastewater will be drained down into a sump in the basement floor, and then pumped outside downhill about 200' to the "wetland" at the back of my property.

Right now, I'm scraping blue paint from the 40g tanks..... 9 down, 50+ to go !!!!!

I wish my 15 year old would "screw up" so I could make tank scraping a punishment detail !!!!
