The room will be approz 15' wide, and I'm guessing 22-28' long depending on how the space works out..... The entire basement is unfinished, so it's like working on a blank canvas........ Dodging ductwork that limits ceiling height to 7' in some areas seems to be the only drawback so far. I can do all the electrical/plumbing/carpentrypainting myself, so now it's just a matter of finding the time/money/motivation/ambition to get the thing off the ground !
