hmmm, i was thinking, if i left then there be 9 people left, thats 3 on each team i think. That would be a small balanced game.

I dont know about you, but I think an ACVille without FF would be like Gotham with no Batman. Metropolis with no Superman, or Hell with no Beezlebub.

Not the kind of place I'd wanna live FF. Not the kind of place I'd want to live at all.
 
Annie was blessed with livestock, including three mules, but a man would be mad to try using a mule out in Sonova Beach; the beast unlucky enough to draw such duty would likely to be lying legbroke or stung to death by the first days noon. One of Annies uncles had almost met the latter fate some years before. He had coming running back to the home place, screaming at the top of his lungs, pursued by wasps with stingers the size of nails.

They had found the nest, and burnt it with kerosene, but there might be others. And there were holes. Yer bugger, there were plenty of them. And you couldn't burn holes, could you? No. Sonova Beach sat on what the old folks called "loose ground". It was consequently possessed of almost as many holes as rocks, not to mention at least one cave that puffed out draughts of nasty, decay-smelling air. Who knew what horrible things might lurk down its dark throat?

And the worst holes werent out where a man (or a mule) could see them. Not at all. No sir, never think so. The leg-breakers were always concealed in innocent seeming nestles of weeds and high grass. Your mule would step in, there would come a bitter crack like a snapping branch, and then the bloody thing would be lying there on the ground, teeth bared, eyes rolling, braying its agony at the sky. Until you put it out of its misery, that was, and stock was valuable in ACVille, even stock that wasn't precisely threaded.

SIGN UP THREAD - Farmers versus the Railroad.

It is 1893 and America is growing. The farmers of AC soon find that life is no longer as simple as it once was as the corrupt railroad owners want to take over their land. A secret council, in fear of their lives have formed to run the railroad owners out, but the farmers do not know who is trying to help them or harm them.

SETUP

In this game there are four groups, secret council members, farmers and immigrant workersagainst the railroad owners.

The farmers and council members will work toward lynching railroad owners, and win when the all the railroad owners have been eliminated. The railroad owners will try to prevent that from happening, and win when their numbers are equal to (or greater than) 50% of AC.

The railroad owners will have the ability to target a farmer before each nightfall. If the target is a farmer, the farmer will now join the railroad owners, but if the target is a council member, a railroad owner will die. If the target is an immigrant worker, the immigrant worker and the railroad owner whose ID the worker knew will die.

ROLE PMs

Role assignments are completely random.



Secret Council Member – players received the following PM:

You are a Secret Council Member. The Secret Council Members consist of players A, B, C, D and E. You are all innocent.





Abilities:
  • Private Talk - You may talk to the other coucil members. If you die, you will still be able to communicate with your team in private.
  • If the railroad owners targets you - a railroad owner will die.
Win Condition: You win when all railroad owners are dead.

Farmer – players received the following PM:



You are a Farmer. The railroad has invaded your land, and you want them gone.
  • If you are targeted by the railroad owners you will join them.
Win Condition: You win when all railroad owners are dead.
Immigrant Worker – players received the following PM:



You are an Immigrant Worker. The railroad has invaded the land you work on, and you want them gone.
  • You know the identity of one railroad owner.
  • If you are targeted by the railroad owners you and the railroad owner that you know the identity of will die.
Win Condition: You win when all railroad owners are dead.
Railroad Owner – players received the following PM:

You are a Railroad Owner. The railroad owners consists of players V, W, X, Y and Z. Please PM me who will be in charge of your group.





Abilities:

  • Night time target- Each day, before nightfall the railroad owners will target a player. If the target is a farmer, the farmer will now join the railroad owners, but if the target is a council member, a railroad owner will die.   • Win Condition: You win when at least 50% of all living players are railroad owners.

RULES


VOTING

1. Each game day everyone must vote, to vote to lynch a player, you must say 'I vote to lynch so-and-so,' and BOLD your vote. Votes that are not bolded will NOT be counted. To change your vote, a retraction in bold is required. Do not put your vote in your signature. If you don't vote you will die an Untimely Death (UD). UDs will not have roles revealed until games end.

2. Whoever has the most votes gets lynched. If you have two and everyone else has one vote… you get lynched.

a. The priority of night time happenings is:

Town Lynch
Railroad Owners Target
Untimely Deaths

(a lynch can't be avoided by UDing)

b. If multiple people have the same number of votes, I will use the random generator to decide which of those gets lynched.



GENERAL

1. All game mod decisions are final. If you disagree with something, or have a question about the game, feel free to PM me.

2. You may not quote your role PM to prove your innocence.

3. No editing of posts!

4. Special mod powers may not be used by any players possessing site modding privileges.

5. Once you're dead, please do not post in this thread.

6. It's just a game. Please, no personal attacks on other players.

7. I've tried to make these rules as complete as possible. In the event that I've overlooked something, I reserve the right to make revisions accordingly.

If for any reason you need to leave the game, please PM me, do not post it in the thread. IF YOU POST THAT YOU QUIT YOU DIE AS SOON AS I SEE THE POST. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOUR ROLE WILL BE REVEALED. I don't care if you recant the quit you will still die.

In the game you will get accused, grilled, made to look like an idiot, and a hundred other things. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A GAME. Do not take anything personally, but please keep posts within reason. Any posts that I feel are out of line could result in a removal from the game.”

So what's to keep the immigrant worker from announcing the RR worker's role?

The RR can target them and take them out.

Also a council member might make that same type of claim.

I have another fix also, the RR owner that goes out is the one that the immigrant worker knew the id of. So if the immigrant led the charge and the RR owner is lynched and the RR owners target the immigrant, just the immigrant dies.
 
Also it will not be 4 equal sized groups. There will be less immigrant workers.
