Mafia #67 - 50/50 -- The Play

And to add to that... I don't think even if FF turns up scum we should let the players voting for him off the hook.

JB-I'm referring to FF's playstyle which is different than the content of his posts. I meant he posts on a whim and says whatever, regardless of his team or connection. The content of his posts, which I find scummy, are a completely different matter. How vs. what, JB. I'm not seeing a huge distinction between this game and last, other than he's the center of attention now.

If we're sure enough that he's mafia should be to keep kept around for the purpose of slipping up teammates then I would think we're sure enough that we don't need anymore time to contemplate his role. Not to mention you're assuming he's already on a team.

I feel we have enough evidence that FF is scum. Keeping him around for the whole lets hope he slips up and gives away team mates, did you ever think what happens if scum contact him and start feeding him lines to put out there. The FF slip ups we're accustomed to might become "slip ups" fed to him by teammates. There is no reason to keep a scum in the game as opposed to last game where there were IWs who would SB their known scum if hit.

This is the exact same thing that happens in every game with both communicating and noncommunicating mafia and innocent roles.

If he comes up communicating mafia, I serisouly doubt that the first 4 votes on him would be teamates. They could still be mafia, but no way would they be communicating mafia.

So Dag's vote on FF is no longer a random revenge vote...

who do you think has posted something that leads you to believe they are more likely scum over FF?
As I've said before, Dag... I'm looking at everyone. I'm looking mostly at Labby and Paps at this point....

ok, I quoted these 2 posts because of the questioning of FF's play last game. When I started last game, I don't recall his play because I was gone that last day. What I do remember though is the post that Labby posted with her #1-#5 and her findings in them.... I notice this game though that Labby is pretty hung up on FF and very lightly on a few others but nothing as exemplary as on FF. Labby, this is pretty different from your last game where you posted your thoughts in depth enough to number them, posted things about the game in general, both were pretty big posts were pretty long and again, in depth.... why aren't they so much like that here in this game? Yes, I know I voted FF and I still haven't seen anything scummier than his posts but as I read, with the focuses on how he played his last game.... I have to wonder why Labby is also playing differently than she did last game.... or how I see it, she is....

just a thought..... going back to read.

Last game Lab was also an IW who KNEW that Noods was scum. To expect game play to stay the same doesn't make any sense unless you think that Lab is an IW in this game also. It's funny you question Lab's ability to think about all the possibilities when you yourself didn't.

Agreed, but they all still deserve scrutiny... as does everyone else in the game...
