Okay JB. So maybe that was Ice's opinion in a game where the UD placement is not covered in the nightfall sequence of events. In this game, however, it's a moot point. Lab Rat made that determination for us before we started. Lynching/staking comes first and UDs are at the bottom. Lab Rat has also posted that as fact in response to Wizard's question. So it's still a non-issue here as far as I'm concerned.

I'm still interested in Ice's response, if it's all the same...

Could also mean that as the game goes along there would be more than one unless the vamps were really unlucky.

As am I, JB. My reason for bringing that up is because my vote on DD has been called into question a few times. And your posts were pointed at in relation to me and what my view of this was.

I'd like to hear what Ice has to say about this and other things, as well.

less, i never said you were more active then normal. I cut and past the part of my notes that refers to you:

"Rich seems to be very unactive/hiding this game. Wonder why."

Happy now? If you don't believe that was what i posted then u need to read the notes again.

Feel free to call what i posted "pointless noise" but i was doing my best to turn over stones and look under bushes, which is STILL mote then what you did.

I've gotten a bit of sleep and had some time to think and read back over a good part of the thread. Here's what bothers me about Ice and his plan of voting DD:

In the game I referenced earlier where I didn't vote as the top vote getter, I UD'd and the second highest vote getter got the noose. I remember sending a couple of WTF pm's to the mod because in that game, the lynch happened before the UD in the order of nightime occurrences too. I may be misremembering this, and I couldn't find the game in a quick search; but it seems to me now that Ice was the mod of that game... maybe you can confirm or deny that, Ice?

Here's the rub... in the pm's following my UD instead of lynching, Ice explained to me that "that's the way it's always been, the UD doesn't get the lynch". Regardless of Labby's intentions toward this point in this game; my memory is that Ice's p.o.v. was exactly the opposite of what he's spewing this game re: voting DD. When did your mind change on this issue, Ice?

Kash seems to have come out swinging on this issue too. I don't think Kash and Ice would both be making such a big deal out of it if they were both evil, they're way too good for that. So I think one of two things is happening: either Ice is evil and is just playing with rule interpretation to hide a vote, or Kash is evil and jumped on the bandwagon Ice started which can later be used to frame Ice. I really believe at this point that one of these two has no reflection.

I screwed up that night fall, the reasoning I gave you sounded the most legit at the time. I was just trying to save face and not have the game end because players would want to quit over the miscue.

Also show me in the order of events on that rule page where UD is....I never put UDs in the order of events...

For now I think that I'm just going to place my vote... i vote to stake ice. The train that he led on kash yesterday all of a sudden and then his 'safe' vote on an obvious UD is just scummy to me. It looks like he wanted to take the easy way out after he drew a bunch of attention to two other players and successfully created trains on them very quickly. It is only early in day 2 so this vote may move if other circumstances arise... Kash is also another that is on my watch list

How am I supposed to control who follows me onto players? I vote and give my reasons, thats all.

What slip? We lost pappy-he was innocent- turned vamp-killed; we lost DD-UD; we lost User_name-Lynch; and we lost an unkown member of the townie team (tt for short)

I see no slip in that.

There was a lot of stuff left off that rule page. As I've said before, it's not only about the events in game, but your explanation... then and now...

The other issue with buying time - was time helps the vamps that can grow their numbers more than it does the town that can only get smaller.

The first time I read Ice propose voting the UD it struck me as very unIce like.

I still believe 2H to be a vamp and receiving coaching from someone with more experince. Ice fits that bill nicely. I haven't ruled out that it could be Kash instead of Ice and I sure hope its not both of them. It would have been a nice bit of distancing for Ice to vote Kash, start a train, and then jump off to DD.

Not understanding this Chill. How is losing 1 less innocent on Day 1 helping the vamps? Instead of losing 3 we lost 4.
