Is it really that bad?

Aw, shucks ... *blushing*

"Fish sister." That's just too cool.

Btw, Bally, been meaning to tell you: I called my favorite (real) sister the other day, just to read her your signature. Being Italian, we laughed our socks off!

:D I'm glad I made you two laugh!

I love the comment about everyone on this forum being a jerk. So if 99% of the forum is telling you one thing and 1 guy is telling you something else they are all the idiots... Even you gotta see something wrong with that logic.

And by the way what makes someone knowledgable about fish. What makes a person a expert in anything. Experience, and education. All these members have experience breeding, keeping, and many have read books and can even write books if they wanted. Have you ever been to a breeding class, or a how to class? They are always ran by breeders. In the fish world these are the experts. You can't be a professor of fish you can only have more experience then I am guessing your age.

I've learned over the years on this forum to give advice once and leave it be. If a person wants to take it, that's their call. The pay here simply isn't good enough to fret over some folk's stubbornness. ;)

I agree. The OP has multiple threads, each packed with good advice. It is up to them whether they want to follow it or not.

Either way I do find myself agreeing with the majority of the posters here. I'm not going to rehash everything said since I fear it will fall on deaf ears anyways.

Good point, Slappy! Btw, how many mts are they paying you? :D

Aww H2Ogal, thanks for the quote!! :hearts:

LOL @ the prospect that a few hundred years of fishkeeping has influenced aquatic life to evolve faster than the past 100 million years.....
