Well, I'll be out for a while so I think I'm gonna put a vote out there.

His lack of posting is really standing out to me. I mean come on ONE post? Maybe a couple votes on him will get him motivated a little. I'm not a big one on taking out the "low posters", but with only 10 players and not much to go on, his lack of participation is hurting us more then anything right now.

JL why not make your thoughts into one or two long posts, instead of drawing it out so you become the highest poster? It seems to me that you want to be cleared from being a "low poster", and that you are hiding something.

1) I do not like long posts.

2) The posts were in response to other posts.

C) I did not become the highest poster from my posts.

I thought that you were supposed to be a really good player JL, why are asking why someone would ask how many scum there are? In the past few games I believe that some mods have hinted or outright told us. Even if it is highly unlikely for that to happen, it could still help out the town if we find out....

I have not played in the last few games. Maybe I am rusty or had a tramatic head injury while I was gone. Not knowing how many mafia there really is - is a major part of the game. The mods that let you know where wrong to let you know.

So you think I am distancing from Razzlefish? So we both must be evil?

So far all I have is John not posting and Bally misreading...which neither is really a good reason, I'd like to have something a bit more

I don't think I actually misread.l From what I understand the lab worler knows what the vials can do but not specifically which each one does. It's like putting marbles in individual brown bags. A red marble a blue one a green one and an orange one. Someone puts them in a bag and staples the top shut. You grab a bag and know what could POSSIBLY be in each one, but don't know exactly...

hmmm..... would indecision help or hinder us? We could try and make out connections between teammates as far as the hit might go, and we could help ease the bleeding untill we might catch lightning in a bottle from the lab worker on night 2. Then again, we migh not, and will just give the scum team a head start. However by voting for a lynching (thats not a UD) we can determine scum quicker, might get a lucky vote, but will also have a good chance of lynching a townie or PR.

this post is interesting to me. No one has discussed who should be taken out, everyone is still kinda wandering and talking game dynamics. UN's next post seems contradicting.

yeah I'm thinking that we should go that route if JL shows up to play, if it looks like he (or anyone else) will UD then we should still vote to lynch nobody. That way if they show up last second they won't be accidentily killed off.

Sorry for my absence here guys, its been kind of a long and rough weekend for a variety of reasons. I'm getting caught up now, I should have more time to participate during the week.

My first thought coming into this game was going with a JL-style completely random vote on the first day, but now I'm questioning that logic since, like everyone has already said, if we slip on on the first night, that could very easily make or break the game.

I vote to test JohnLarson, and no I don't have a solid reason why, other than self-preservation for the sake of the town. If I get a better reason to vote for anyone else, I'll change it.

Also are you really trying to focus on "how large the scum team is"? Or just trying to get the town thinking about things that mean nothing?

I would hardly call the size of the scum team to be "nothing"

It's important to know especially when there are so few players and the game can end quickly.

I am not focusing on it, but it was the popular topic at the time. If you saw something else I should have pointed out and didn't, please enlighten me.

In the scenario where none vote, we would be trying to ease the bleeding from dumb D1 voting, and rely on the lab worker to pick the right vial.(which I've mentioned before)

Still a dumb idea IMO. Defensive playing hasn't won a game for the town as far as I know. First and foremost you vote for scum.

As for my "UN hasn't posted yet" thing I was mainly refering to his usual style. I would have thought that in the time it took everyone to post once he would have had 20 already. As for not mentioning JL, honestly, I completly missed your name on the list. I looked right past it! *Palm to face*

Yes, it isn't his "style" to hold back posting BUT the ONLY way I can take the part where you say "the only person yet to show up is UN" was completely wrong and I see no way else to spin that...I do not believe that you were referring to him not posting as much as he normally does. I think you were referring to him not posting at all, which was incorrect.

Even if you truly didn't mean that other people are known to be higher posters and weren't around much, yet you are saying that you singled out UN? Either way I find it interesting.

As I said it wasn't much of anything, although it looked as though you did misread,,the rules say how many bio's there are, you said you assumed more then one (may not be exact words)..you also said we didn't know what the vials do...when it does say what they do, we just wont know until they are used which it will be.

Razz, I do not see how what you posted says what you say it meant. Had you said "lack of posting", "so few posts", "barely posted" or ANYTHING like that...ok I'd give ya the benifit of doubt, but you said the only one yet to show up...not to many other ways to take that except for you thought he hadn't posted yet.
