We can also infer that UN, the lab worker considered JL evil, since if so, there was a 75% chance that he would end up innocent or dead.

I would say test JL, vial to Bally and investigate me.

The Lab Worker set up a trap for his target before he died. He did use one of the vials, and it was the babbler. Just to clear that up.
THANK YOU FF!! Not sure what the "trap" was suppose to be for, but thank you for clarifying the fact it WAS used.
This in no way clears John in my mind, but it makes me feel a bit better that there was no fake.

I'm going to need someone to explain to me why we shouldn't vial our top scum suspect?
Honestly, that may be a good idea. Then no chance of changing or killing an innocent. That would really be something to consider.

Right now I say test Sploke/Bally and invest John or whichever of the other two we do not test.

That is very true, but do you think the fact that UN considered JL evil helps your case?

Not true, unless you have postive ID on one or more evil players. You run the same risk of losing an innocent with a vial as you do if you vote to test one.

I.E. if the new lab worker sends a vial to someone and that person turns out to be innocent, you are either a) down one innocent, or b) even worse, down on innocent and evils are up one member.

LMAO....there my numbers go again!!!!

Sploke, if the vial goes to the person being tested, we only loose one person period. How would the evils gain one...they would be dead?
