In my opinion it's worth it because with these reactors your bubble count will usually cut in half. most people that run these have a bubble rate between .5-1.5 bubble per second. So you will save co2 in the long run.
If you put the inline diffuser as far as you can from where the return enters your tank, would that make it a lot better I wonder....I am just afraid it would look all "misty" but maybe it's worth it.
So far all the hype i've read about the atomizer is true imo especially after using it myself. This is a much better method than what i was using before.
Well went ahead and bought one of the atomizers. Got it for 23.99 free shipping and its a seller in New York, not China. Pretty excited to get that bulky power head out of my tank.
I am going to buy the atomic from GLA....I will try it out. If the mist is too bad, then I will just sell the inline, and buy a pollen type from ADA....we will see
