Look at anyone you want. After giving it some more thought. I believe everyone voted for an innocent last night. I don't think there was a "ginger" on the board anywhere.
What's your basis for this belief?

I'm not sure how much more I can explain but at this point in time they have all their mafia members so there is no need to gain another. Need being the key word. If we are able to lynch/ genetically test one of the gingers, then I can see where targeting a townie is more productive. Then they could replace the one they lost. Make sense so far? As far as not using their hit, well I guess that would be a personal decision between the mafia members. Yes, they could do the same with a hit. Also, keep in mind if they turn someone, that person is going to have to rework their game play (provided they weren't already looking at the wrong people). That shift would be fairly obvious to the town and would be something everyone would be on the lookout for if we knew the syrum was used. Follow? So then everyone is suspecting that person and we vote to test them. Well that one mafia member that they gained is now lost so they are back to the number they had before, right? So I guess it would have to fit the situation, kill an innocent or turn an innocent but have them die by testing. Almost the same thing right?
I have no idea if that makes any more sense than before but trust me, it all makes sense in my head! :nilly:
It's a long explanation but it still doesn't make sense to me. Do the math, maybe you'll see why it doesn't make sense.
You get 2 dead but the other way you have 2 townies gone and you get an additional team member possibly.
What do you mean we won't get anywhere. In fact I think it's an interesting discussion. I wonder if Razz is taking the stance he is so when the scum team uses it, if they use it on a regular townie he can say "look, I would have gone for a PR if I were scum so I can't be scum". I wonder if LG thought the serum might kill her if she used it last night.
So you voted for me A. because it was safe and B. because I was really looking hard at Kash and Plant. Would you rather me sit back and not analyze peoples' posts? Should I not point out anomalies that stick out to me?
I agree with you, I am trying to tease out why Razz is thinking the way he is. Is he scum trying to throw us off in the wrong direction?
Not following your logic. More is better - they are not constrained to their original number. Why would they only want to replace when they can expand?
As to a turn being hard to carry off: there are lots of players who can transition quite smoothly.
too much disscusion on the syrum. we wont get anywhere talking about it.
I am in the middle of getting caught up, still have 2 pages to go but wanted to at least put my thoughts out so far so I don't forget anything......
This bothers me too.... Chill, out of all the games you've played, I am surprised by this. You have enough time to change your vote, but not enough time to say, having internet problems, will explain later or something to that affect. Did I miss a good reason for the vote change? I will need to go back and look but so far, I don't believe I've come across anything.
makes little sense to me too.... I kinda get it but then wonder what the point is.
this is why 2H's comment bothers me.... because his name was also there.
I have to wonder what the big deal is that Kash mentioned Wiz's RL name. It's listed in his avatar spot so maybe she just feels comfortable using it. I don't know..... maybe I am not feeling ultra paranoid about it, again, I don't know.... I don't see the point of why it is being brought up continually though, and yes, I do realize that G commented about it too, this post was more convenient for my thought though...
To explain my vote, with all the hyper-dissecting you are doing with everyone else's posts, why are you not understanding why I voted you. I said I had limited time on the game thread, and that I didn't want to UD> The only thing I could think of from what I had read up to that point was the point of you not getting my joke. Would you have rather had me do eeny meeny miney moe on the people that had high votes on them?
This is a pretty strong statement to make.
When I am on the mafia side of the game, my way to play it is to choose a townie who I think will be most likely a PR AND/OR someone who will keep everyone guessing. I wuld think I am not the only one to do that when playing the evil role. To take out the biggest threat would be a big mistake IMO, to me, a biog threat could also be used as a big advantage. I think that we cannot side with thinking mafia will take out a big threat as part of their reasoning.
Another reason that the serum might not have been used would be simple error. Jessica not around at nightfall or Jessica forgot. Is there any reason people talking about the serum makes you nervous AAF?
So your thought is the scum team wouldn't go for putting themselves at the greatest advantage? Interesting.I've done the math. I've done it both ways and I see how your way could work in the mafia's favor but that would be best case for them. What I tried to explain before is that the what happens is not always the best case. Keep in mind best case being for the gingers, not the town. There are other ways to go about things and other ways for decisions to play out.
I understand your logic but what I find odd is why you are having such a hard time understanding (or admitting to understanding) mine. Mafia is not black and white, you know that, and I think sometimes the best way to approach a situation is to look in the grey area. Would you not agree with that?
That makes even less sense.
I guess so. My reasoning is purely to get a different angle. This game has quite a few vets that could play off the turn but it also has some players that could not. It depends mainly on who the mafia is willing to try and turn and whether or not they are going to risk loosing them.
