no, in my past i delt with more then ich, valvet/fungus/and quite a bit more.. and only do heat and salt method... i dont believe in using chemicals..

and your fish have benefited form it so well ...good luck

yes... havnt lost a single fish... i crank the heat up to 84 to 86, dose with salt and do water changes.

in the wild, you dont see people putting chemicals in the lakes to cure sick fish that they see, the river just stays clean, and the fish go to the shallow end ( where theres more heat and more circulation ) but not saying people dont dump chemicals in the lakes ( like oil and such, which causes sick/dying fish )

I'd bet my wallet that the survival rate in aquariums is MUCH higher for easily treatable diseases. You're comparing apples to oranges.

that is true, i use to use chemicals, tell i quit, to me, does more worse if you diagnose the worse disease and treat it wrong then just useing the heat and salt/water change method, which i do...
