Mafia 2014 #1-- FF1 Simple--The Play

Still no response from Zaffy? I'm glad he saved me and all, but not entirely sure why. Some reasoning would be appreciated.

Quick question UN, What are your thoughts on this now?

Thoughts on who the kash hit makes look bad? I'm not sure if thats what you're asking for, but if it is then I'm not really sure at this point. You have the votes against her D1, which came from 2h and Bally. Both had pretty weak arguments, 2h voted her for agreeing with Wiz that Zaffy was too important for a d1 vote and for threatening (?) to vote FF. Bally voted similarily, for accepting FF's answer and then the agreement with Wiz. You could say that either could've been gunning for her, or you could say that it could be someone trying to set her up. Or it could've been picking her just because she's a good player. There's two much WIFOM there to say who comes out scummy, although there could be a link between 2h and Bally's voting.

If you felt I was vote worthy for D1 and didn't change it and you feel the same way on D2, then why isn't your vote on me?

This post still sticks out to me after nightfall. You've played long enough to know that aside from a couple people we only know our own roles. By voting FF I knew I was keeping myself (a known innocent in my book) alive rather than throw a vote out there on somebody who I felt was suspect but couldn't make a great case for. I think it's fair to say anyone would have done the same in my shoes, so I don't understand why this post needed to be made. What were you trying to accomplish here?

I know Zaffy's in a different time zone and everything, but I would have liked to see his reasoning before I logged off for the night. Might come back in a couple hours once my homework's finished, hopefully he'll have posted by then.

Glad the doctor was correct.

Zaffy, you certainly have my attention.

I feel like a parade of catastrophes today.
I'd certainly have my attention on me too. I feel like Scumasaurus rex right now, the scummiest scum that ever scummed the scum. I'd be tempted to vote myself if i could.

While I was supervising the lab today, around 3:30, the internet at school cut out. This is a huge hassle because kids who were taking exams can no longer submit them and they risk losing their work. It's usually poorly received when students lose their work so we try to avoid it. Generally, lab time is pretty dead and I just have to make sure they're not cheating and I have plenty of time to do my own thing. But, when something like this happens everyone gets all anxious and needy.

Long story short is that, At 3:30 when I attempted to post my vote change and it didn't work I also became very needed by very needy little monsters. I had to interrupt a kid and get on my phone to post before nightfall. While I had crafted my original vote, for some reason I thought that I was tying UN and FF up at 3 votes a piece. again, a mistake on my part.

When I got home, my fiance and her sister were waiting because we were going to KBBQ for dinner. Now, it's 9:30 and I'm exhausted and get to do it all over again tomorrow.

There were two reasons I wanted to switch to FF.

1st was his insistance on the crazy idea that Pappy controlled the motion of the moon and stars to create the perfect storm of hitting Kash and lynching DD.

2nd I thought I was creating a tie between UN and FF, I guess in my flustered state I carried that flawed notion all the way to nightfall where I stopped thinking and just posted. You could say I FFed up.

How is that unclear? It was tied between FF and UN, FF had linked UN to me earlier, and I was wondering if he was going to switch his vote.

What's unclear is why you voted FF like you thought he was scum, then go out of your way to make sure he knows his vote switch would lynch UN. If you wanted UN lynched why didn't you just vote him?

Well it looks to me like we had two innocents up for the lynch last night.

A clever plan Jpap, and who Wiz, or Bally........to bad Zaffy came in at the stroke of midnight and blew it up.

You would have had such an easy day three railroading FF, with his flawed logic, and his last minute vote switch to lynch an innocent.

Asking FF if he's going to switch is not the same as wanting him to do so. I was curious which route he would take (him actually thinking UN was scummy vs. doing so purely out of self preservation) because that would have been important IMO had Zaffy not switched and FF was still around, depending on what UN flipped.

If I thought UN was scummier than FF at the time I would have had no problems switching myself.

Based on what evidence? Are you not even going to question Zaffy's last minute switch?

Zaffy, why were you so concerned with tying it up? Why didn't you like your vote on UN?

I'll have to run through the timing again, but I don't have enough time to pull a bunch of posts right this second.

Really, because I was curious too, then again I didn't bring it to his attention that he was tied with UN, because I wanted him lynched.

The evidence is what it is, you asking him if he's going to switch.

You, Wiz, and UN have all stated you are interested. I could read those responses I guess.
