Brought out the big guns

They are so cute ☺ I love their feathery fans, but they look delicate. Do you have to catch and move them without a net because of their fans?
Used a net, i just kept it behind them and let them swim backwards into the net rather than chase them down with it

If you find they aren't getting enough food, you can target feed them with basters and syringes. Use something[food] meant for shrimp or something like BBS

I got them food this morning before lights on. Problem is once lights come on they go running and hide. Same with anything moving towards them, theyre very skittish still.

Yes Atyopsis shrimp can change their color, they can be anything from yellow to brown, green and even blue. They are still all wild caught AFAIK, that will tell you something about their care. You will have to add green water to keep them happy in the long run.
All filter feeders like clams, paddlefish and Atyopsis shrimp just aren't suited for home aquaria.

I can happily culture green water for them :)
