I can't contain my excitement!!!

WOW! my birthday's coming up, you know.. i would love that fish... :D

jk.. enjoy! :)

There's been plenty of talk of the high demand for 'Dante bettas' both online and off... so I'm in the market to eventually setup a breeding area in my spare bedroom. Looking for the right females, too!! :)

Speaking of breeding, my male and 1 of my females bred in my 30g, sadly my male didnt make a nest, female was in a hurry, and her hubby liked the taste of the eggs...

Well, I still think my $2.99 Seven is 'the best betta ever' to me at least but I have to admit, yours is a rare beauty. I like your coconut too. Where do you buy a coconut that can go in a fish tank? Pet Store, Michaels maybe? I would like one.

I know... I'm kicking myself for never saving it into the documents on my friend's computer so I could have it available. :wall:

I have 3 coco-caves. 1 is rather short, other 2 are very tall, I could sell you 1 of the tall ones seeing as I'll prolly get more sometime soon, all 3 of the top holes are carved out on the tall ones, and my fish love them, so far I've had corys, male/female bettas, male dawrf gourami, and even a neon in there chillin out away from the others.

I got mine at PetCo. It's easy to grow moss and java ferns on. :)

Okay... another set of pictures. These are just general tank shots. Admittedly, I'm not really happy with the blue gravel I currently have in the tank. I'll probably switch out for a natural-color gravel or sand soon when I can find it in the right consistency.

#1: Basic tank shot. Dante's a wigglin' by, so he's blurry in this photo.
#2: Top Shot. You can see where Dante's been toying with the idea of a bubblenest over in the corner. He's glaring at me for getting near it. He's very protective of his little 'project' and I bet he'll be a good daddy. :)
#3: A darker picture of the tank. My flame moss isn't as brightly colored as I'd imagined it would be. Oh well...
#4: A Side shot so you can see the skylight on top of the coconut cave... and there's little Pippin, my red ramshorn snail!! :D
#5: View from the back of the tank... just because. :P
#6: One more shot of the coconut cave. I'm not sure if I attatched the moss right. It was my first time ever trying...
#7: Pippin, the ramshorn snail chillin out under my in-tank filter.
