Mafia Game #4 The Play

Well I am now pretty sure Hooked Newbie is Innocent. Coler is really on my list and he just threw HN under the bus. With two Mafia gone I can't see why they would continue to vote for their own unless they are protecting the Don. Also, I have Charlie and HN ranked equally as Innocents but the most rect posts for Charlie bug me a bit, especially so soon after Coler. I think that KOTD may be the Don and the other Mafia are scrambling to protect him. Coler may even be sacraficing himself to save the Don. These are my most recent thoughts.
 
Z, all i can tell you is i'm innocent and hope you believe me. (Remember me and guppy joined last that made us automatically innocent hahaha) I am suspicious of Hooked Newbie but for no real reason other than Judge mentioned to watch him and Coler early on, and she seems to be on her game, but am growing less suspicious of him and have moved him to a 5 on my list. My list is probably useless as i had judge a 7 before they tried to whack her and now i'm trying to align myself with her, but im pretty sure my top three are fairly accurate as it stands now. If you believe KOTD is the don, just tell me why and i'll change my vote, but my gut says it's coler.

My basis for innocence is a complete review of his post (listed back in the thread) and I really didn't see any posts, series of posts, or patterns. He seems to be a follower (at least early game) and the recent post, while somewhat random at least brought up some good points.

I'm willing to follow Judge's list until it fails. I'd prefer to go in this order...

KingOfTheDeep - has never come out of 'defense' mode
Coler - spent a lot of time in 'defense' mode, now appears to be trying to help the town a little
FishLady - friendly cheery posts. spend time in 'defense' mode, now coming after Coler & King
Hooked Newbie - Like Ogre says, no real red flags but if the other 3 are on the list end up being correct, I'd be willing to vote HN

I think the mafia realizes that King & Coler are lost causes at this point...this may explain why FL has gone from "Hi all. Not sure about so-and-so, etc." to "Coler & King are definitely mafia." Also, Coler may be tossing a vote at HN (as opposed to someone that others have built stronger cases against) in order to distance HN from himself in a last ditch to save the mafia when the others fall.

I'm willing to take King & Coler in either order. While I feel a stronger mafia vibe for King, I think that Coler is the more dangerous of the two. Anyone remember how he made it a few more days in Mafia 2, even after the detective outed him?
 
well...you is all sooooo wrong.

I am one of those people who is slow to speak, quick to listen...if you would like me to build a case...then i will...but then its out of character of me...I have the day off today...i would love to build another case of coler.
 
I think KOTD MAY be the Don now because Coler seems to be going out of his way to get himself lynched. It just seems like something you would do if you knew you were going eventually and there was a way you could work that to your advantage. Keeping the Don in the game helps the Mafia. He has probably used up all three investigations but we can't really be sure. They may have chosen to wait the first night so as to get a better feel of us Townies, if so, we can take out the Don Tonight and protect our Mayor, DR, and Vig. The Vig is most important as they still have their Hit to use. To me Coler is making himself stand out, and that doesn't seem like something the Don would do. I would suspect the Don is either BKW or KOTD OR someone we all think is surely Innocent.

Coler had two fairly obvious choices to vote for, either KOTD or BKW. But he chose to pick HN. Yes, JMax has a suspicion of HN, but even she says KOTD is a bigger threat. I just don't buy it.
 
im not even going to make a case for myself as you guys are too hellbent on jmax's list that its blinding you.

BUT, i will agree with mad that coler is dangerous, and i am beginning to see why you all think he may be mafia, he has tingled my mafia sense.

i vote to lynch coler
