Right now i have a 75G with a 79 watt light, im growing sword plants jungle vals java fern and omse other plants, with eco complete substrate. I want to improve growth, should i go with a cos system or better lighting? I am thinking of a 130watt light.

most people use flourescent lighting. but if you can get high enough incandescents they will work too. what i did was buy a lighting system that is 79 watts anf compact flourescents.
