Ok so we all have had this problem your sick and tyard of cairing buckets in and out of the batroom to fill tank, and you dont have 75$s for a real python, so im building one, and i am 100% willing to take ideas, here is mine

well yes it a diagram, but im useing a cammra phone, and i promis i will post more pics as soon as i get started:)
 
ok so what iv done now is cut out my PVC and i waiting to go to the store for the tube and the caps, but here are some better pics

i built my own 100 foot python for less than $30. u can buy the replacement faucet adapter from petsmart or wherever for like $8 and a cheap gravel vac for less than $10 and i used garden hose from home depot and voila! cheap effective python... i win!
 
i hope it works out, im haveing a problem on how i will have the hoes disconcet and reconect to a flacet adapter
 
what is a good PVC glue that wont hert my fish
 
ok mine will be differnt form a real one but this is how a real one works, you have a T valve that conects into the sink and the other end of the T points down so the old water can go in the sink, and last end conects to a hoes and goes to your sypon and that has a sutoff valve, you turn on the sink and it creats sutcion that triggers the sypon and starts to suck water from the tank, then you sut off the water and clean the tank, when your done you flip the sutoff valve, then you turn on your sink agan and tun off the other cut off valve that alows water to go into the sink now you go back to your sypon and turn off the cut off valve and now your putting water int the tank. mine will work differnt and hang on the side of the tube, and then i will make a sink adapter. and its much ceeper than a Python (75$)
