the tank takes 4-6 weeks to come in from Aqueon because I had it specially made with black silicone seals.
I have a few tanks with black seals and it looks 100x better than the traditional clear, esp. over the years
doesn't discolour with meds and doesn't show up algae growing on it..

upgrading the lighting from standard All-glass bulbs that came with the striplights to Hagen Powerglo bulbs.
they are my fav. standard flourescent bulb. Very bright. I have used them for years.
