So here is an update, after a week of cleaning and sealing the tank. And some shot of my gravel that is going in.

Looking great! You're off to a great start and you have a lot of work ahead of ya... I'm subscribing! 
This is what everything looks like after all day working on the tank. We have a pre cycled filter hooked up, and all i need a heater to get the water to the right temp.
The tank has it first five fish in it, I went and picked up 5 Black skirts tetras. They look so small in the tank. LOL
wow that looks great... next time i see a 125 gallon on craigs list ill have to get it... where to put it? HAVE NO IDEA lol.
So I repainted the stand, and canopy tonight, I am not putting the canopy on yet cause I am getting my lights tomorrow. Here are just a few pics of of the paint and the tetras that are in it for the time being. And a picture of one of my helpers.
