I don't often go online just to toot my own horn, but I think losing 70 pounds in two years is worth a happy dance. :dance
I giggled to myself when I read this, because our goals are complete opposite....my goal is to put on muscle as I'm into fitness and lifting, so if I can put on 15-25 pounds in a year i'm ecstatic!

I'm up to 210 now and I nearly cried when I lost 4 pounds over thanksgiving *LOL*, everyone else gains on the holidays but me, I always lose weight:(

PS Congrats.

if anyone needs any weight loss/gain info you might want to check www.wannabebig.com they have awesome forums on diet and nutrition, and contrary to the BS of fad diets there really is a simple formula to losing and gaining weight...everyone can do it if you take the 2 minutes to research how.

I guess you could say I'm into fitness also, but a different realm of fitness. To you, fitness is the muscle size/power to lift heavy objects for short periods of time. To me, fitness is heart and lung capacity/endurance necessary to carry my own body long distances over long periods of time. They both have their health advantages and disadvantages.

Thanks for the congrats, and good luck in your endeavor.
