+1...I looked through the thread and couldn't find anything, but where did this live rock come from? An existing, established tank? If not, I am not sure you have even cycled yet. Adding all that coral and fish that fast will crash any take, esp. a 2.5g. The only fish that should be in a tank that small (if any) should be small gobies and shrimp.

i agree, a clown fish needs atleast 15 gal. from what i have read.

BTW- what kind of filter did you get?

hes going to be upgraded to an 18 gallon in 2 weeks or so, and the tank has been set up for about a month and a half and cycled for about a month

for now i jsut got a little elite 5 gal filter, im still looking for one around here that i like, my walmart got rid of its fish section so now they dont have anything

Your mystery coral looks like it may be a ricordea mushroom. Im def. NOT a sw guy though.

that would be pretty cool if thats what it was, but im not sure, my best guess is a pineapple brain coral, thats the closest looking thing
