Good news everyone! (You have to say it like Prof. Farnsworth from Futurama)

Don't ask me how, but me and my friend got talking about keeping lizards and frogs when he said he had an unused 30G tank sitting at his uncle's house. He told me it had no leaks or cracks in it, and it was in almost perfect condition. So he told me he would sell it to me for $10! He also said he had "extra stuff" that he could sell to me at really low prices.

I should get it either tommorow or on friday.

is a reptile 30 gallon and a fish 30 gallon the same?

oh and you should look on craigslist too for fish stuff. people sell 10-30 gallons for dirty cheap (well at least offer dirt cheap... people are desperate to get rid of fish tanks).

usually reptile tanks are just fish tanks with a screen lid, check on glass thickness and the silicon seams. like dbcb314 said craigslist is great for cheap tanks

craigslist ROCKS. I just got my 55 with everything necessary to run a fish tank for $80 from someone of craigslist. I'll be singing the praises of craigslist for a long time!

Now that Im geting a bigger tank and the betta is no longer here, can I have a group of 5 male guppies? I'm now getting the tank on monday or sunday.

So Guppies or no Guppies?

Maybe a couple of clown loaches, or angelfish? Come on, suggest any cool tropical fish that can fit in the 30G.

Edit: I found out clowns get really huge
