20 Gallon Long Stocking!

Well, your tank has the same footprint & surface area as a 20g long. & your same fish inhabit the same tank levels (bottom, low, mid-water)...

So my best suggestion as I said before, is either 1 ram & 6 corys & 6 barbs OR a pair ( male & female) of rams 8 barbs (gold or cherry, pick 1 species). A mystery snail is probably good with either but I have concerns on the vampire shrimp unless your tank is WELL planted. They just sit in the current & have many nippable parts.

Cichlid breeding pairs, even mellow Bolivians, do have territories they defend...& corys do not understand boundaries. They just bumble around the tank bottom looking for food. 4 is not a good number for corys' happiness.
