Thanks Slappy, I like a natural theme what's that without a predator?! Besides he doesnt eat them anyway just keeps them in line for me

watch those tiger barbs school! must be awesome to watch all 20 of them at once

Its great watching the fishes school around in the tank, the tiger barbs school around with the clown loaches sometimes and vice versa, its interesting to observe their behaviors

I love that, about 40-45 seconds in, you're watching the black neons and thinking, "Wow, that's pretty awes-AUGH WHAT IS THAT IN THE BACK"

That would be my joy of the tank the silver aro , and it still makes me go, "WOW, thats awesome" :headbang2:

Does'nt the water sound like music?

Its soothing right, I love it and it makes its nice to get a different view of the tank every now and then.

those fish are freaked out, how would you feel with a 747 flying 6 inches over your head

those fish are perfectly fine, I dont know how I feel about a 747 flying 6" above me either but I dont see the similarity in the two....

I think what he means is that they seem to be running to the opposite end of the tank than the arowana and all times.

Its natural behavior, just like I want it

Wow I have to say I'm very impressed. I didn't think it would work but it turned out great! I guess as long as you have him fed he won't eat the tetras. Once again it is extremely nice set up!

A lot of ppl didnt think it would, they still dont as you see in some of the replies I recieve.... Think outside the box ppl :grinyes:

that is a fantastic tank! lots of open swimming room for the fish. simple and elegant. really smooth!
