20L Betta tank

It’s a cheaper option if you want a black or blue background. The cling ons I don’t like much. Painting looks cleaner to me.

My dividers and sponge filters arrived so I decided to install them and get the sponge filters hooked up and heater put into the tank. It should be fully set up and running Wednesday.

The tank is now up and running. I did put a biological cycle booster in the tank, it eliminates ammonia and nitrite. The substrate I used is for planted aquariums and also had beneficial bacteria in it as well, I will do a water change in a few days. Had to move the bettas over, I’ll keep an eye on them and test the water. Just waiting for plants to be delivered.

I had moved my King halfmoon betta to this tank a while ago and recently got a stunning nemo candy copper. He’s a lot bigger then my past giant betta I had kept. Here’s a few pictures of my giant betta.

This tank is home to my two giant bettas and a hellboy betta and redid the tank a bit.

I moved my hellboy to another tank for a new betta I just got yesterday. He’s gorgeous and huge for a plakat betta. His name is Lasky.
