But seriously... they explained it at the end of the video. It was a rocket launched in Florida that was spinning for an unknown reason (my bet, it hit something in LEO and was damaged)

It most likely hit a UFO, which then malfunctioned and fell into a wormhole, which sent it back in time to 1947, where it crashed in the desert on the other side of the world.
