What to do if another celestial object is headed your way:
1) Run - This is preferable. If you have the technology to get out of its way, GET OUT OF ITS WAY! If not, running uses energy and is proven to relieve stress and calm nerves.
2) Deflection - This is probably the most common method of reaction when you can't get out of the way for some reason. Try to knock it a bit, even a tiny amount will do.
3) Destroy - Destroy the oncoming object. This is simple, but only works on smaller objects when you are primitive like us. It also holds the risk of create a field of death instead of a single crater.
4) Hide - Can't hurt right?
5) Pray - Same as above... and hey, who knows, some random black hole could pop out of no where and suck it up or pull it away. Or it could be a dud. Or just too small.
6) Partaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! - Duh! You can't stop it, run away, hide, or destroy it. You can pray, but why waste the last moments of your life praying? Go have fun before you die.
