well it was just a fun thought. could you imagine having company over and handing out dive gear.
Haha! I may have to turn the dining room into a den and make the living room dual purpose living room/dining room.
The funny thing is that I'm seriously considering this.
I could get a projection TV and mount a screen above the viewing window. Double pocket doors on the kitchen side and a single pocket door on the foyer side then blackout curtains on the window. I think this could be an awesome room and it would be improvements on the house that wouldn't have to change if I sold my house. The room could be a dining room without any changes.

If the cost wouldn't be so outrageous imagine how cool it would be to build a room-size tank with an open walkway partway into it. You could walk "into" the tank w/out getting wet and watch the fish swimming around you.
