That list sounds like too many fish and a bad mix of fish. Where to begin............. the clown loaches will eat the apple snails, the angels once they are adults will likely eat the endlers, pencilfish, neons, guppies, and shrimp, the guppies and endlers will cross breed producing rather drab fry, there are other problems in this mix as well. Ameca splenens may be a hard fish to find and they are a bit on the aggressive side. The tank would also look very busy and overcrowded. 48x18x24 is what is usually sold here as a 90 gallon tank. 90 imperial gallons would be over 100 American gallons. I will give you 2 lists to try on for size, you decide and write back any questions or changes.
List 1:
Clown Pleco x 1
Clown Loaches x 3 at about 2 inches and be prepared to move when they get to about 4 or 5.
Dwarf Pencilfish x 8
Otocinclus Affinis x 4 or 6
Harlaquin Rasbora x 10
Albino Corrys x 6
Neon Tetras x 10
List 2:
Angelfish x 4 be prepared to seperate as adults if they pair up.
Clown Pleco x 1
Bristlenose Pleco x 1
Glowlight Dwarf Gourami x 4
Platy x 6 or 8 with maximum of 2 males
Albino Corrys x 6
Praecox rainbows x 6
This may seem lightly stocked to you but you will be happy with the looks and health of your fish. This is just my opinion but after over 20 years of fishkeeping this would be my recomendation. Good luck.
