55 gallon, very low tech

Nice looking tank! :) For the stocking, I would really up the rummy nose tetras and rasboras each to a school of 6 (or just focus on 2 species of schooling fish and make the schools larger, that's what I would do), get rid of the single white cloud and emporer tetra and get at least 3 more friends for the cory.

Very nice tank. It will be even better with the ground covered on the right in my opinion, or a diffrent coloured sand, making it look like a shore line.

that looks quite nice for a start. i just redid my 55 as well, but i bought a 4' shoplight with 2 40 watt bulbs (6500K). so far so good. my wisteria used to melt, but now its growing lovely pinnate leaves.

have you tried wisteria?

Thanks for all the compliments guys. It does still need some work.

I have had wisteria in my other tanks, too weedy for me. You can see what it looked like in my high tech tank (there is a link in my signature)

Added more anubias after these pics. were taken, trying to fill the left slope up like the right :D
EDIT: Oh, and by the way, I have ten rummies now and I LOVE them. I also got rid of the debawi cats as they were fin nipping the other fish

I am digging that right side! Any plans for hardscape?

Either way, I'm sure it'll be pretty sweet. Definitely looking forward to further updates!
