Tank looks great. So much for the myth about betta not liking big tanks. :grinno:
Do you have problems with getting the plants to grow due to lack of nutrients?
Personally I would be sneaking in a few Cory cats or Kuhli loaches to up the bioload a bit and help the plant growth?
But I understand the idea of a water garden, as opposed to a tank full of fish

I can't imagine putting this guy in anything smaller now. He utilizes every inch of his space.
Although, like you say, I would love some cory cats in there. Or maybe some ember tetras.
The short story behind why there's one betta in that tank is that, a little while ago I thought I was moving, and I rehomed all my other fish (I had rosy barbs and celestial pearl danios). Now, I'm not sure whether I'm moving this year or next, so everything is kind of in limbo. I want new fish, but not if I'm going to have to turn around and rehome them in a few months.
But believe me, every time I walk in the lfs, it take all the willpower I've got not to walk out with some panda cories :evil_lol:
