oh, yeah, i didn't:( well, i hope nothing else happens, and my fishies immune systems are strong;)

well, on most meds in angelsplus it says to feed to ornamental fish only, but is it okay to feed to all my fish in the 72G?
 
That's right, ornamental applies to all fish in the aquarium hobby vs. tilapia and such which are raised for food.

Venting is the process of "taking out the fish and checking it" as you said. It may be somewhat stressful but fish do get over it, you just have to do it right. Same thing for stripping mouthbrooding cichlids like mbuna.

I see no reason not to euthanize the ram. Spencer, are you serious when you say "you can always do what I did before I left on vacation" - as in, leave the fish to die in a bucket and let the bucket sit there with the dead fish for a week?? Yeah, that sounds a lot better than putting a painless end to its suffering.

okay, cool;) well, rb im not believing what i want, im saying u can only sex the fish like that IF you are NOT venting it.
 
it seems your kinda moving in the right direction I guess
but you can sex angels by venting, and also male angels have a slight hump on their forehead which females don't, to succeed in this hobby you have to be observant I guess :)
Anyway, try handling everything one step at a time, if you rush it will just get all messed up and worse. Maybe write a list in your next post of all stocking on all tanks and stuff that YOU think needs to be done, then all us fish nerds could break it down on what needs to be done ASAP and what can wait :)

i have noticed the hump, but i thought that was just weird or a deformity somehow. that means that the koi angelfish i sold was a male;)

i will post the stocking up later of all tanks, i need to clean the filter, as the micro cartridge arrived yesterday

u guys have got to get the mag fox brush, its amazing, all that algae in the canister hose tubing just gets removed super fast, its aweseme

He has already tried that method and ir kind of failed, since the advice was somewhat ignored.
 
^ actually, if u read the 1st post in which i responded to u, i said u can only sex them as adults IF U ARE NOT VENTING
 
I know, I know. But give him a second chance I guess, he is 14.
